Coconut Chicken & Honey Mustard Recipe | #KetoFriendly

I have made this recipe a few times now and fell in love with this meal. This meal is super easy to make and so delicious. Not only does this meal make your mouth water, but it is also #ketofriendly (for those on a Keto diet).
Smoked Paprika 1/4 tsp
Paprika 1/4 tsp
Chili Powder 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp
Coconut Flour 1/4 cup
Coconut flakes 1 cup
Salt & Pepper
1 lbs of chicken tender
2 eggs (beaten)
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
Yellow mustard 2 tbsp
Liquid stevia 3 squirts
Mayonaise 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1/2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Coat baking pan with cooking spray
In one bowl mix 2 eggs
In another bowl add 1/4 cup of coconut flour
In a third bowl add 1 cup of coconut flakes
In the bowl with coconut flakes, add 1/4 tsp of paprika, smoke paprika, chili powder, garlic powder & black pepper & mix
Take your chicken tenders (defrosted) & coat the tenders with salt & pepper
After the tenders are coated with salt & pepper, add tenders one by one in this order:
Coconut flour (coat tender on all sides)
Then, coconut flakes with seasoning
9. Once the tender is coated with the coconut flakes, add the tender to the baking pan.
10. Once all tenders are all added to the pan, add to oven and bake for 20 minutes total. After 10 minutes I suggest flipping the tenders so they can bake evenly and get nice and crisp!
Get a nice container to make the sauce in.
Add 1/2 cup of mayo
2 tbsp of Yellow mustard
1 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
3 Squirts of liquid stevia
1/2 lemon juice & mix
After baking and making your sauce, enjoy this healthy and delicious meal!
